Les Schwab Tire Centers in Lacey, WA, is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, repair and rotate tires, and recalibrate TPMS, while delivering outstanding customer service and promoting store sales.

The role includes frequent lifting, bending, and standing; on-the-job training is provided. Pay ranges from $16.50 to $26.45 per hour with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license is required.
Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
Attach and rebalancing wheels.
Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
Wash tires and wheels.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
Attaching and rebalancing wheels
Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
Washing tires and wheels
Testing and installing batteries
Using and maintenance of equipment
Assisting other employees
Test driving vehicles
Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience: Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.
