Les Schwab Tire Centers in Oregon seeks a Sales & Service technician responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales, delivering excellent customer service and following company policies.

Responsibilities include tire mounting, rotation, inflation, TPMS calibration, battery testing, offsite road service, and promoting the Best Tire Value Promise. On-the-job training provided; full-time roles with benefits. Candidates must have a valid driver''s license and be able to lift 35–75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience:

Pay and Benefits:

$14.85 - $24.50 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
