Job summary

Based in Michigan stores, the Tire Technician will work a varied schedule Monday through Saturday, with potential overtime, in a retail setting dedicated to perfecting tire services and vehicle maintenance. Belle Tire values customer satisfaction and ongoing ASE training.

Qualifications

• 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
