Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Tire Technicians to handle tire sale, removal, and installation for commercial and roadside service. We will teach you; prior experience is not required, and you’ll interact with customers and drivers to ensure safe, efficient service.

You will move and lift heavy tires, work in varied temperatures, and follow safety policies. A rotating day/night schedule and Love’s FITDOT training are part of the role, with benefits starting after 30 days.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to interact with customers and drivers.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put safety and customer satisfaction first per company policies.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
