Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store equipment and perform housekeeping duties.
• Lift 75+ pounds; work in close spaces and various temperatures.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction per safety policies.
• Rotate day/night shifts as needed.
• Obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s).
