Discount Tire is hiring a Full-Time Tire Technician. You will be on the floor with teammates, providing exceptional, safe, and timely tire services while ensuring customers are back on the road confidently.

This role supports a promote-from-within culture and offers paid training and ongoing development. As a tire technician, you’llBust tires, deliver great customer experiences, and grow through hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus and hands-on training will be provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be physically capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
• Educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and service tires and wheels.
• Provide safe, efficient, and friendly customer experiences.
• Engage in on-the-job training and development.
