• Willing to obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s).

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility through equipment repair and general housekeeping.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in varied temperatures.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
• Support a rotating schedule with day and night shifts.
• DOT medical card can be obtained with Love’s assistance.
