Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Remove and install tire and rim assemblies on class 6–8 trucks and trailers.
• Use hydraulic jacks and stands to access the unit and replace tires.
• Operate, lift, move, and store equipment to maintain/inspect/repair tires and rims.
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Dispose of old tires in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Mount and dismount tires or rims using tire machines.
