Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to service tires for customers and drivers, in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle tire removal and installation, assist with roadside service, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the store area.

No prior experience needed; we’ll teach you. You’ll work a rotating day/night schedule and have opportunities for growth, with benefits after 30 days and tuition assistance to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds.
• Ability to work in day/night rotating shifts.
• Willingness to obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters and in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
