Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Tire Technician to work in a fast-paced environment, helping customers and drivers along their travels. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

You will take ownership of tire-related services for commercial vehicles, perform shop and roadside tasks, lift heavy loads, and follow safety policies. A DOT medical card may be obtained with Love's support.

Qualifications

• Must be able to move, lift 75+ pounds.
• Ability to work in day and night rotating shifts.
• DOT medical card obtained (paid by Love’s).
• No experience? We will teach you!

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
