Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities and serving customers and drivers from all over. No experience? No problem!

You will handle tire sales, removal, and replacements for commercial vehicles, keep the shop and facilities in good order, and operate in environments with varying temperatures. The role includes a rotating day/night schedule and DOT card support paid by Love’s.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
• Rotating day and night shift as needed.
• DOT medical card obtained by Love’s (paid) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
