Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is hiring Tire Technicians to join a fast-paced, customer‑facing team. You will interact with drivers, perform tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.

No experience? We’ll teach you. We offer tuition assistance, PTO, flexible scheduling, 401(k) with up to 5% match, health benefits after 30 days, competitive pay, and growth opportunities. Valid DOT medical card is supported.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• No prior tire technician experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
