Job summary

Love‘s Travel Stops is seeking Tire Technicians to join a fast-paced team. You will interact with customers and drivers, perform tire services for commercial vehicles, and maintain clean, organized work areas. No prior experience is required, and we provide on-the-job training.

Expect a physically demanding role with lifting requirements and the possibility of rotation between day and night shifts. Company benefits include tuition assistance, PTO, and 401(k) matching, with an emphasis on growth

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service environment is helpful.
• Ability to interact with customers and drivers professionally.
• Comfort with lifting heavy tires and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of selling, removing, and replacing tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Care for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility and general housekeeping.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in varying temperatures.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction per company policies.
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
