Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking a Tire Technician to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with customers and drivers from all over, handling tire sales, removal, and installation for both shop and roadside service.

No experience? No problem—we will teach you! This role involves lifting 75+ pounds, rotating day and night shifts, and maintaining store facilities while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• No prior tire service experience required; training provided.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Willingness to rotate day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
