Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Tire Technicians to join a fast-paced team. You will service tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside operations, while delivering friendly customer experiences. Training is provided if you are new to the field.

Hours include rotating day and night shifts; you must be able to lift heavy tires and equipment and obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s). This is a great opportunity to grow with a 60-year family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Experience with tire service is preferred but not required and training is provided.
• Comfort interacting with customers and drivers in a busy environment.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping, equipment upkeep.
• Ensure safety and satisfaction of customers by following company policies.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
