Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds, work in varying temperatures.
• Always put customers' safety and satisfaction first, following safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside settings.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift heavy tires; work in varying temperatures.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
• Work a rotating schedule including day and night shifts.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
