Job summary

Robertson Tire in Broken Arrow, OK is hiring a Tire Technician to mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires, change oil, inspect vehicles, and keep the shop clean. You’ll work with a team to deliver fast, accurate service and assist with light mechanical tasks as skills grow.

Valid driver’s license required; physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs; weekend availability helps guests rely on us most. Competitive hourly pay with overtime and benefits accompany a genuine path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet
• Flexible availability, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors
• Perform oil changes and replace filters
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues
• Test and install batteries
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow
