Job summary

Burt Brothers seeks a Tire Technician to mount, dismount, balance and rotate tires, perform oil changes, and service TPMS sensors with a focus on accuracy and speed.

Qualified candidates will have tire or automotive service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Weekend availability is a plus, with growth opportunities into mechanics, service advisor, or management roles.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to specification
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors
• Perform oil changes and replace filters
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues
• Test and install batteries
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow
