You will work to meet Belle Tire's safety and quality standards, explain options to customers, and keep the work area clean and safe, with a focus on helping customers get back on the road quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous tire service or automotive repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
