Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers in Arnold, MO is seeking a Tire Technician to join our driven-by-Dobbs team. You will mount, dismount, balance tires, inspect for damage, perform repairs, and assist with basic vehicle maintenance while delivering friendly, reliable service.

You will also help with inventory, keep the shop organized, and support other technicians as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Mount and dismount tires; inspect tires for repair feasibility.
• Perform tire repairs, balancing, and rotation.
• Conduct minor automotive maintenance including oil changes.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Drive customer vehicles into and out of the service bay and provide shuttle service when needed.
• Receive, inventory, and properly store tires based on size and type; organize storage areas accordingly.
• Inspect tire casings and categorize as reusable or scrap.
• Deliver tires to other service locations as needed and complete other tasks as directed.
