Job summary

Belle Tire Inc. is seeking a Tire Technician to install, rotate, balance, and repair tires while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will explain tire options and maintenance needs to customers, keep a clean work area, and adhere to safety standards; prior tire service experience is preferred but not required. This role is based in our Ohio locations with varying hours and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
