Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking a Tire Technician in Plainwell, MI to install, rotate, balance, and repair tires while delivering outstanding customer service. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work a varying schedule, including Saturdays, with overtime potential, in a store-based setting. Prior tire service or automotive repair experience is preferred; ASE training is reimbursed by the company.

Qualifications

• Must have 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs and repairs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
