Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation’s largest family‑owned tire and automotive service retailer, is seeking a Tire Technician in Noblesville, IN. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles and receive hands‑on training to build skills for advancement.

You’ll work with a supportive team, operate tire machines, maintain the shop, assist customers, and enjoy weekly pay with overtime opportunities. Authorized to work in the USA required; Saturday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a service‑oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co‑workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and meet customer needs.
