Job summary

Les Schwab Tire & Auto Service in Colorado is seeking a Sales & Service associate focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will perform installations, rotations, TPMS work, inspections and related service with a commitment to customer care and safety.

You'll work in a fast-paced store environment, using company policies and our Code of Conduct to deliver value, support the team, and promote the Best Tire Value Promise to customers while ensuring quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds and physical activity involved.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services; provide excellent customer service.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $26.45
