Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Boise, ID, seeks a Sales & Service specialist for tire installation, maintenance and tire/wheel sales, delivering outstanding customer service in accordance with company policies and the Code of Conduct.

The role involves tire and wheel work, TPMS calibration, offsite road service, and promoting store sales. We offer on-the-job training, a competitive hourly wage, and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 35–75 pounds frequently and perform bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting.
• Stand for long periods and walk varying distances while servicing tires and wheels.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS; rebalance wheels as needed.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $26.45
