Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician in Dawsonville, GA to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This role includes hands-on training to build skills for advancement.

You will install tires, operate tire machines, and complete work orders while maintaining a clean shop and providing excellent service. Weekend availability and safety-first attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers’ needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
