Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in Ohio is hiring Tire Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, serving customers and drivers with tire sales, removals and replacements for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.

No experience? Love’s will teach you and provide a DOT medical card through Love’s. The role offers rotating day/night shifts and growth opportunities within a 60-year family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)

Responsibilities

• Earn $14.50 - $20.00 p/hr
• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Move, lift 75+ pounds; work in various temperatures.
• Follow safety policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Possibly obtain a medical card through the DOT (paid by Love’s)

Job Functions

• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
