Job summary

Burt Brothers in Utah is seeking a Tire Technician to join a results-driven team delivering fast, accurate tire and vehicle services. You will mount, balance, rotate tires, and perform related duties while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

The role offers opportunities for advancement into light mechanical work and service-advisor paths as skills develop, with a supportive, growth-oriented workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in tire service or general automotive service preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Detail-oriented with safety mindset.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.

Tire Technicians
