Heidelberg Materials NE LLC is seeking a tire service technician to inspect, install, balance, and repair tires on a variety of vehicles. The role demands strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read manuals and schematics, and a steadfast commitment to safety and quality in every task.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Install, balance, and repair tires on various vehicles, including cars, trucks, and other equipment.
• Mount and dismount tires from wheels, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
• Use tire-changing equipment and machines to repair and replace tires.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Keep records of all tire service activities.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
