Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Temperance, MI is looking for Tire Technicians to join our winning team. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with customers and drivers, making their travels better. This is a great opportunity for growth, even if you have no experience.

The role involves tire sales, removal, and replacement, along with maintenance and repair tasks in the store. We're hiring immediately and will provide the necessary training to succeed.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift 75+ pounds.
• Availability for rotating day/night shifts.
• Willingness to obtain a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires.
• Responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store.
• Ability to move and lift heavy loads in close quarters.

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
