Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Tire Technician to join our results-focused team in Surprise, AZ. You will perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and related maintenance while upholding safety and service standards.

The role offers a path to light mechanical work (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills grow, a competitive hourly rate with commission and overtime, and strong benefits including insurance and a 401(k) plan. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with tire service and basic automotive maintenance preferred.
• Able to perform tire mounting, balancing, and inflation to spec.
• Good understanding of safety practices and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety.

Tire Technicians:

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet
