Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking a Tire Technician in Indiana to install, rotate, balance, and repair tires while delivering outstanding customer service. You will explain options, perform maintenance, and ensure safety standards in a fast-paced store environment.

This role requires attention to detail, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work in a hands-on shop setting with physical demands. High school diploma or GED preferred, with potential for training and advancement.

What You'll Do

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Minimum Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds

Work Environment

This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
