Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a Tire Technician to service tires for cars, trucks and RVs. No prior experience? We train you on safety, shop operations and tire services.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, required to move and lift 75+ pounds, and rotate day and night shifts as needed. Benefits include tuition assistance, PTO, 401(k) match, health insurance after 30 days and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal and replacement for shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facilities and equipment; perform general housekeeping duties.
• Able to move and lift 75+ pounds; work in varying temperatures.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction; follow safety policies and procedures.
• Rotate between day and night shifts as needed.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love's).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love's)
