Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is looking for Tire Technicians to join a fast-paced team, interacting with customers and drivers to keep tires safe. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required.

We offer a supportive environment with growth opportunities, a rotating schedule, and benefits after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in variable temperatures.
• Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire removal and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping.
• Move and handle tires and equipment safely; comply with safety policies.
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Assist in obtaining a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s).
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction in all interactions.

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
