Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Novato, CA is seeking a Tire Technician to mount, balance, rotate tires, and perform related services. You will inspect, document issues, and help the team deliver fast, accurate service in a busy shop environment.

Ideal candidates have tire/auto service experience, a valid driver's license, and a safety-minded, detail-oriented work ethic. Weekend availability is a plus as guests rely on us during peak times.

Qualifications

• Tire/auto service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with the team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills allow.
