Job summary

The American Tire Depot in Norwalk, CA, is looking for a Tire Technician to join our results-focused team. You will mount, balance, rotate tires, service TPMS, and perform oil changes while maintaining safety standards.

We offer competitive hourly pay with commission and overtime, plus benefits and career growth opportunities into higher roles. Must be able to lift 70 lbs and work weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in tire/lube or automotive service is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate, elite service with your team.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments).
