Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in North Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Tire Technician to join a results-focused team that delivers fast, accurate service and an exceptional customer experience.

You will mount, balance, rotate tires, handle TPMS, perform oil changes, and contribute to safety and shop organization. With opportunities to advance into light mechanical work, ASE reimbursement, and a path toward senior roles, this role rewards reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow.
