Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians in Florida to service tires for commercial vehicles in both shop and roadside settings. No experience is required as Love’s offers on-the-job training. You’ll interact with customers and drivers, ensuring safe, timely tire solutions across shifts.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment where you can grow with the company and learn all aspects of tire service and facility upkeep.

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Ensure customer safety and satisfaction by following safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule with day and night shifts as needed.
• Coordinate with drivers to support timely service and tire solutions.

Job Functions:

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
