Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to join a fast-paced service team. You will take ownership of tire removal, installation, and basic vehicle services while delivering friendly, safety-focused customer care. No experience? We will teach you!

This role requires lifting 75+ pounds, working in varied temperatures, and rotating day/night shifts. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for growth within our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• No prior tire service experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in variable temperatures.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule including day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire removal, installation, and replacement for tires up to commercial vehicles in shop or roadside service.
• Perform equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure safety and customer satisfaction by following company safety policies.

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
