Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, serving customers and drivers to improve their travel experience. No experience is required as training is provided, and you may grow with a team that values safety and efficiency.

You will handle tire services for various vehicles, assist with shop housekeeping, and participate in rotating day/night shifts. This role offers tuition assistance and a path for career development with Love’s.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift 75+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal and replacement for tires on commercial vehicles and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Move and work in varying temperatures while ensuring safety.
• Rotate day/night schedules as needed.
• Possess or obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
