Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to perform tire removal, installation, and related service in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with customers and drivers, helping them keep moving while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

No prior experience is required and we provide training. We offer growth opportunities, a company-funded tuition assistance program, and a benefits package including PTO and health coverage after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.
• Willingness to learn tire service and basic store maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sale, removal, and replacement of tires for vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Ensure safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
• Operate on a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.


• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.


• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.


• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.


• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.


• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
