Job summary

FULLERTON DISCOUNT TIRE CENTER is looking for a tire technician to join our busy shop. You will inspect and install tires, identify customer needs, and help them choose the right tires while delivering excellent service.

You will also perform tire rotations and balancing, follow our safety procedures, and respond to customer questions with a friendly, professional attitude. A high school diploma is preferred; some tire-removal/install experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Some professional experience removing and installing tires is preferred.
Customer service-oriented to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide tire inspection to ensure safety and driveability
Perform tire rotations and balancing
Follow the safety procedures set forth by the company
Answer customer inquiries and provide stellar customer service
