Job summary

Discount Tire, part of The Reinalt-Thomas Corporation, is hiring a Full-Time Tire Technician to support customers and keep them safe on the road. You’ll work on bays with teammates, perform tire mounting, rotation, balance and basic service, and provide an inviting customer experience.

This role emphasizes hands-on training, a promote-from-within culture, weekly pay, and a strong team vibe. A high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are the basics.

A Day In The Life

You are the backbone of the store's success. You start with a huddle, get assigned to your bay, and provide customers with exceptional, safe, and timely service. You are on the floor with your teammates, speaking with customers, and getting them back on the road confidently. No desk is required.
