Role Overview

As a Tire Technician at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers by providing expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations. You will thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment focused on safety and quality. We are looking for someone with a passion for working on cars and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

What You'll Do

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high‑quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Work Environment

This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store with varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, and possible overtime. Fast‑paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.

Compensation

$15 – $17.50 per hour.
