Job summary

Tire World is hiring a Tire Technician to join a results-focused team delivering fast, accurate service. You’ll mount, balance, rotate tires, handle flats, TPMS, and oil changes, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced shop.

We value a strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude, with opportunities to progress into light mechanical services and roles like mechanic or service advisor.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills allow.
