Job summary

Tire World in Colorado Springs is hiring a Tire Technician to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires, repair flats, and service TPMS sensors, while upholding safety and quality standards.

We offer a competitive hourly rate with commission and overtime, plus benefits and opportunities for growth into mechanics, service advisor, or management roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotating.
• Ability to repair flats and inflate to specification.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety.
• Work with a team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet
• Flexible availability, including weekends, since that’s when our guests rely on us most
