Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians in Kentucky. You will handle tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles, both in-store and roadside. Training is provided; no experience is required.

You must be able to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures, while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction. Roles involve rotating day and night schedules, with Love’s paying for a DOT medical card and offering benefits that support growth within a large, nationwide

Qualifications

• No prior automotive experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work a rotating day/night schedule.
• DOT medical card obtainable (paid by Love’s).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for trucks and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility including housekeeping.
• Move and lift heavy tires and equipment; operate in close quarters.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Work rotating shifts including day and night as needed.

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
