Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians in Bushnell, FL. Join a fast-paced team focused on customer satisfaction as you service tires for vehicles, including roadside support. Training is provided and no prior tire experience is required, with opportunities to grow within a well-known national network.

Role involves lifting up to 75 pounds, adhering to safety policies, and rotating day/night shifts. Eligible employees may access benefits and career development programs after onboarding.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to interact with customers and drivers.
• Willing to learn tire service basics.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for vehicles.
• Maintain store facility and perform housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in varying temperatures.
• Follow safety policies to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through DOT (paid by Love's).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
