Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in tire service, automotive work, or warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tire equipment is a plus.
• Experience with handheld devices, tablets, and computer-based inventory systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and balance tires and wheels efficiently and accurately
• Inspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and proper fitment
• Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and effectively
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading deliveries and preparing outbound shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control processes
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or customer pickup
• Organize and maintain warehouse space to ensure efficiency and safety compliance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
