Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Service specialist to handle tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will repair, rotate and rebalance tires, install TPMS, and help customers with our tire value promise while following company policies.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift 35–75 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and rebalance tires; test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Promote store sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist other employees and ensure adherence to company policies and Code of Conduct.
